Clarify named as a finalist in the national Customer Experience Awards
The finalists in the prestigious national Customer Experience (CX) Awards have been announced and Business Development specialist Clarify has been shortlisted for the Business Transformation category. This Reading-based business will be competing against heavyweights BT, Lloyds Banking Group and Barclaycard at the finals this September.
Over 200 companies entered the awards that recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across all sectors, business disciplines and personnel. “We are very proud to have reached the finals of the UK Customer Experience Awards,” commented Claire Edmunds Founder and CEO of Clarify.
“Clarify is a Professional Services company and we specialise in helping global technology enterprises accelerate their sales performance and transformation. Customers are at the heart of our organisation and reputation, integrity, accountability and trust are vital to the success of our business. The foundation for this is a first-rate customer experience.” Edmunds concluded.
“Many people recognise these awards as amongst the toughest to win,” said Ian Golding, Chair of the shortlisting panel, global CX Consultant and highly recognised CX expert.
“As a judge every year since the inception of these awards in 2010, I can vouch that the scoring is rigorous; the entries always of a high standard and the judges are always tough. Being a finalist means a great deal and being a winner means they really achieved something great,” concluded Golding.
Neil Skehel, CEO of Awards International who host the awards commented, “The diversity of the companies entering the awards is amazing, they represent a tidal wave of organisations focusing on customer needs. This is great news for customers and great news for the UK economy. The rest of the world looks to the UK for leadership in customer experience and this really showcases the best of the best. I cannot wait for the finals!”
